The Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation’s special exhibit, Reign and Rebellion, opening in Fall 2022, will be accompanied by an online experience that serves as both a virtual learning environment and a lasting hallmark of the in-gallery exhibit experience. The site centers around a map of Virginia and seven different interactive activities that reveal thematic content and reinforce the impact of the Stuart legacy on today’s socio-political landscape in Virginia. The website is designed for a mobile-first experience but is also desktop and tablet friendly. The activities involve sorting, matching, investigating, and answering thought-provoking questions along the way that encourage each user to draw their own conclusions on a variety of current-day issues.
In addition to the online experience, Trivium also contributed to the in-gallery exhibition for Reign and Rebellion in the form of an interactive, touchable map.
